"phuuuuuuu" - we are familiar with this sound. We hear it every time when there is wind blowing.

We know that sound is produced by vibrations in air, also known as longitudinal waves in which particles which are in vibration moves back and forth.
Well! wind makes noise in two ways.
One, when it directly strikes your eardrums it makes vibrations and according to that electrical impulses are created.
Second, when it strikes with the objects which make vibrations and these vibrations then strike our eardrums.

Hope you got the science behind it. Next time feel the science with the air.
